The three layers have names and separate jobs. Secure Mode is on by default and keeps the test full screen, logging every tab switch; Proctor Mode lays down the rules then disappears unless something looks off, rating each session none, medium or high with a replay of the flagged moments; and the desktop app handles what a browser cannot see, closing blacklisted tools and disabling copy and paste. It all lands in one report, and all of it is configurable, which matters when the same account runs a campus drive and a senior loop.
